starting NRoL for Women workout today!
The New Rules of Lifting for Women…read it.  Very informative. It sets ya up for 6 month long strength program…consisting of 7 stages.  I began stage 1 today with the first 2 workouts. Turns out 1200 calories is borderline starvation.apparently i should be eating about 2 thous… hmm..with a protein intake of around 140 g a day..WOW. will write more about the workout...

Went hard at the gym today
I’ll post my workout summary in a bit! I was in the negative cals until dinner (I made homemade fried rice with chicken breasts… And dessert was gfree brownies and ice cream) Hey… Some progress is still progress hahaha oi. The next five weeks are going to be a transformation to remember. EYE ON THE PRIZE.
