Also, chugged my apple cider vinegar and water before eating😝 that was rough! #Egg whites and high fiber #oatmeal on deck for prelift/breakfast. Studying and off to the #gym! Ps, single life…anyone else sleep with their textbooks? πŸ˜”

     

  5. #Mealprep Monday complete! Well, for the next 2 days. I bought some salmon today to whip up tomorrow night! This is baked #chicken, #asparagus, white rice and hard boiled #egg (I only eat the whites)! Not pictured: spinach salad for lunch of course! Gonna have a #strong week! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ˜‰πŸŒŸ

     

  6. HII so happy Monday everyone! I am sleepy as usual, crampy and bloated (love being a female, right?), and overall drained! But slugged my ass to the #gym and pumped out #leg day w emphasis on calves and hammies. All topped off with a nice town #run! Love #cutting season because I can run again!!!! (Plus it’s getting warmer) okay novel done. Off to meal #prep and homework it! πŸ˜‰
