  14. Tonight in a nutshell. I somehow killed a #leg and mini #cardio #workout on 2 hours of sleep. #Finals blow! But tried my hand at a #casein bowl for dinner/post workout: 1/2 c vanilla #casein, 2tsp cocoa, 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt (sweetened with Stevia), #pb2 and a 1/4c sugar free/fat free pudding to top. Interesting taste! Pumped to master this idea of casein bowls. Didn’t freeze it long enough at first, so it’s back in there chillin’!
