I tried looking it up and figured it would be an iron deficiency, but im still not sure even now. But, I loaded up on iron rich foods likes spinach, lentils/beans, raisins, and quinoa and felt better.(It could have been in my mind) I try to make sure I eat one of these and I swear during a week I didn't, the pains came back. So give that a go and see if it works.
